Both modes do not leave any browsing history or cookies on the computer but:
- Guest mode: guest user can’t see or modify your users settings, bookmarks or history.
- Incognito mode: user can see your existing history, bookmarks, passwords, Autofill data, and other Chrome settings.
Enable Guest mode
Go to Settings
On left menu click Settings
Make sure Enable Guest browsing is checked
Entering Guest mode
Click person icon which is located on the top bar of the browser
In sign in window click Switch person
In person picker click Browser as guest
You are done. Again in this mode guest user can’t see or modify your users settings, bookmarks or history.
